A 7-year-old award-winning digital marketing agency, this fall celebrated the grand opening of its new headquarters at the Military Park Building, 60 Park Place in Newark.

The Berger Organization owns the 250,000-square-foot, 21-story office tower, which sits in the heart of Newark’s central business district. websignia, whose clients include Cartoon Network, Hachette Book Group, Rutgers University, 9/11 Memorial and hundreds more, relocated from North Plainfield, N.J., to a 1,400-square-foot space on the building’s fourth floor.

Those who participated in the ribbon cutting included: The Berger Organization’s Miles Berger, chairman and chief executive officer; Newark City Council President Donald Payne, Jr.; Newark Deputy Mayor Stephan Pryor; websignia’s Vice President Dalmar James, Jr.; Brick City Development Corp.’s Lyneir Richardson, chief executive officer, websignia’s Steve Jones, chief executive officer; Brick City Development Corp.’s Ruben Gomez, vice president; and websignia’s Adam Wolff, senior project manager.
Tenants at the Military Park Building enjoy on-site tenant parking; a fitness center; conference facilities; onsite ownership and management; and commanding views of the surrounding city, New York skyline and Military Park.
